Session Description

 This training explores organizational wellness through a trauma-informed lens.  The presentation will review formal and informal approaches to gathering information about staff needs. Participants will learn multiple trauma-informed approaches that school leaders can use to support the school workforce and will learn about resources available for school personnel who need additional mental health supports.
